Clients are responsible for maintaining their copays at time of service. SimplePractice charges all clients the day of service. Some services are unable to be paid for by insurance, due to their nature (Couples, Premarital, Parenting Tune Up). SimplePractice gives you access to a superbill, which can be sent to insurances Wildwood is out of network with, for reimbursement. For any issues with your bill from insurance, please connect with your insurer directly.
