Meet the founder

Thank you for considering me as a partner on your mental health journey. I’m passionate about taking a holistic approach to therapy, believing that a variety of interventions can help illuminate who you aspire to be and the skills you’ve used to help you get to today. My practice is interactive, client-centered, and focused on fostering a non-pathologizing environment.

I have a primary focus on teens, couples, and adult women. I’ve gained specialized training in the Gottman Model, which equips me to support couples navigating significant life transitions — be it marriage, welcoming a new baby, or overcoming challenges like infidelity or separation. I also work extensively with individuals facing anxiety, depression, and neurodivergent experiences, such as ADHD and Level 1 Autism (low support needs).

I am a Board Approved Supervisor for LGPCs in Maryland, and I hold licenses as an LCMHC-QS and LMFT in North Carolina, allowing me to mentor emerging professionals in our field through their approximate first two years in the workforce.

Originally from Columbus, Ohio, I’ve had the opportunity to move around and currently reside on the vibrant border between DC and Maryland. Since beginning my direct work with clients in 2016, I’ve gathered diverse experiences across in-home therapy, private practice, outpatient, and virtual settings.

As a therapist on the LGBTQ+ spectrum, I celebrate the journey of living our best lives with the unique challenges we face. When I’m not in session, you can find me enjoying competitive kickball, spending quality time with my dog, indulging in cross-stitch, diving into fantasy novels, or experimenting with new gluten-free recipes.

I look forward to supporting you on your path to wellness!
